  • What is the cost?
    The prices displayed on the order form represent the actual hard costs for materials and advertisements. Thanks to our substantial buying power and strong vendor relationships, we extend these costs to our agents at rates below the market standard. Any items handled internally by our Marketing Team come with no additional charges for you. According to our 2023 survey, listing agents in traditional and resort markets spend an average of 10% of the GCI on marketing their listings. Keeping that in mind, we based the costs for each Listing Marketing Package on the sales price of the home.
  • How do I pay?
    The Accounting Department will bill your agent account upon receipt of each Listing Marketing Package order.
  • How do I use my New Agent Coupon?
    Simply enter your listing information and your recommended Listing Marketing spend will be taken from your total with coupon code provided to you!
  • What does it look like?
    Check out the examples of printed and digital designs HERE.
  • Why aren't photos included in listing marketing packages?
    In recent years, we've noticed that many agents have been opting for external photography and videography services, providing them with greater flexibility in both service options and choice of photographers. By excluding photos from the Listing Marketing Packages, we've streamlined the entire process and reduced turnaround time significantly. We'll continue to uphold our valued partnerships with preferred photographers, negotiating discounts or subsidies for the benefit of our agents. You can find our preferred photographers listed HERE. Please be aware that listing marketing packages do require professional photography.
  • How does this work for commercial agents?
    Our All Inclusive, or AI Plan, will include photography. Each AI Marketing Plan will include 25 professional photos and 5 drone photos and any relevant marketing materials per price point. Reach out to your Commercial team with any questions!
  • What about Global Luxury properties?
    Our Global Luxury Listing Marketing Packages are initiated for homes priced $1M+ that meet the criteria for a Global Luxury listing. Aligned with the property's listing price, each Global Luxury Listing Marketing Package is carefully curated to enhance its market visibility. Additionally, the Marketing Team is promptly notified to review both the listing and the Package, ensuring optimal marketing strategies. Given the significant marketing impact we aim for in the Global Luxury sector, the company covers expenses for various Package components, including but not limited to: Personal Marketing Consultation YouTube Pre-Roll Ads Listing Search Ads Digital Display Ads Targeted Contact List Luxury Email Blast Press Release 8-Page Digital Brochure Explore all the amenities associated with Global Luxury Marketing HERE.
  • What if I have a Global Luxury property below $1M?
    You as the agent are the pricing expert and we will rely on you to let us know if your property should be considered for Global Luxury marketing.
  • What if I have a Land Listing?
    Land listings will be included as an option in the property type field of the Listing Marketing Package request form. It is optional to brand the materials with the Land Farm Acreage logo. Check out all the assets HERE.
  • What if my listing is a new construction property?
    Similar to other residential listings, we offer a range of options to effectively market your property. Prior to listing a new construction property, we encourage you to fill out this form to request a personal consultation with the marketing team. During this consultation, we’ll help you curate a plan tailored to your listing’s specific needs, encompassing a company-paid suite of assets to launch your new construction or development project. Check out all the amenities associated with our New Construction Launch + Branding HERE. Marketing needs for subsequent listings and items outside of our Launch + Branding Packages will be agent paid and can be requested at any time by using our Listing Marketing Package form and selecting “New Construction/Development” in the property type field.
